The contents and formats on this web pages, with the exception of the parts of text and pictures that have no commercial character and are exclusively meant for the purpose of guest information and the promotion of tourist services in Croatia, are owned by the firm A Turizam Istra d.o.o., Radićeva 10, 52100 Pula. The contents may be copied only for noncommercial purposes and for individual use, respecting all copyrights and owner’s rights.

A Turizam Istra d.o.o. commits itself to undertake all the needed precautions to offer exact quality information to its users. All the information, data and pictures related to the accommodation units, have been given to A Turizam Istra d.o.o. by the best distributors. Though all the information is checked by A Turizam Istra employees, A Turizam Istra d.o.o. does not take the responsibility for eventual mistakes, as lack of information or delays in the upgrading of information or any other part of the web site.

This web pages can content links to web pages of other natural or legal persons. Those pages are not under the control of the firm A Turizam Istra d.o.o. and A Turizam Istra d.o.o. is not responsible neither for the contents of those pages nor for the links to them.

Data protection and privacy

A Turizam Istra d.o.o. respects the privacy of its users and visitors. That means that your personal data are asked only in case of a final reservation, which enables us to register the reservation of the needed accommodation under your name and to send you the necessary documents.

Your personal data will be forwarded to third persons who are responsible for the requested service that you have booked through our pages. Hereby we kindly ask you to inform us if your personal data have changed or if you have made any mistake by input of the data.

All the data of the registration process and other data about the user are not available for third persons, except in case that it is requested by the law.

Cancellation by customer

You can cancel your reservation at no extra charge until your reservation has been confirmed.

If your reservation is confirmed, certain cancellation fees may apply.

Accommodation

For a 50% refund of accommodation cost, cancellation must be made 30 full days prior to accommodation's local check in time (or 14:00 if not specified) on the day of check in.

If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.

If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Daily excusions and tours

Unless otherwise stated, you can freely cancel all reservations up to 48 hours before the start of the tour. If canceled up to 24 hours before the tour, you are entitled to a 50% refund. You are not eligible for a refund if you cancel your tour less than 24 hours before the tour starts or in case of no show.

Some tours and services we provide may have different cancellation conditions that will be clearly stated on each page with a detailed description of the tour.

Cancellation by the organizer

If we are unable to deliver the service, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation at any time, even before the start. In such a situation we will try to arrange an alternative tour, but if no solution is found, you will be entitled to a refund of the total amount paid.

Refund

Through your email address we will inform you about the amount we will refund you. The refund of funds to your credit card or bank account may be complete or partial depending on the specific situation and as well as when canceling a retained amount on your credit card may take up to 7 to 30 days.

Filing a complaint

In accordance with Art. 10, Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (Narodne novine, No. 41/14) we inform our consumers that complaints with which they express their dissatisfaction with the provided service may be submitted in writing in these business premises and we shall without delay confirm the receipt of this objection in writing.

The reply to the written complaint of the consumer will be given in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint, so please state your contact address in your complaint too, to which we can deliver our response

Changes to terms of use

A Turizam Istra d.o.o. holds the right to change the conditions of use or to change or cancel (temporary or permanently) any kind of content or service on its pages, without having the obligation of a previous notification thereof. A Turizam Istra d.o.o. is not responsible for any kind of consequences of these procedures.
